107th Lake County Round-Up Court
Queen bailey harrington
Hello ~ I am Bailey Harrington, your 107th Lake County Round-Up Queen. I am the daughter of Abel and Krista Harrington and have a younger brother Riley, whose support has meant the world to me. The traditions and values of our community and county are deeply rooted in me as a proud fourth-generation resident of Lake County. My love of the Lake County Round-Up goes all the way back to my very first career day in kindergarten. I proudly dressed in my straw hat, cowboy boots, and my mom’s crown from 1997 when she served on court, ready to pursue a career of rodeo royalty! I was already inspired by this legacy and hoped to one day carry it on.
I graduated Lakeview Senior High School in 2025 and was actively involved in 4‑H, FFA, and the Honor Society; I played soccer, softball, and was a proud member of the ski team. Through 4-H and FFA, I showed sheep, swine, and beef, I also represented Oregon as a National 4-H delegate, earned my FFA State degree, and recently applied for my FFA American Degree. In the fall of 2025, I began at Idaho State University, pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Radiographic Sciences as a member of the ISU Honors College. Currently I plan to build a career in healthcare as a radiographic technician and return to serve Lake County in that capacity.
The Lake County Round-Up is how generations of my family have spent their Labor Day weekend, not only as spectators but as presidents, royalty, and contestants. My grandmother served as queen in 1972, my mother and aunt both served as princesses, and many of my cousins are past royalty as well. In 1956 my great-grandfather, Marcus Partin, served as President and many in my family have competed in the Round-Up over the years. You will likely see some this year too!
To be here representing Lake County is more than a dream come true for a little girl but a real honor to carry on a tradition of 107 years in the county we call home. Celebrating our western heritage, serving as an ambassador for the sport and community I love is something I take great pride in and am looking forward to seeing all of you over this year!
